Cook Stars offers structured sessions that centre around children making their own delicious dishes from scratch
Having worked in an international school for the last 6 years, where I ran after school cookery clubs, I am delighted to be bringing my experience and passion to Cook Stars Stroud and West Gloucestershire.
Prior to moving with the family to Belgium, I worked for the NHS and The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. One of my biggest loves is travelling and I got to experience some amazing cultures and made many friends through my work.
On returning to the UK, I wanted to put everything I have experienced working with children and different cultures into something I can be proud of. Along came Cook Stars who have given me the right tools to be able to provide a positive learning environment for children to grow in confidence, learn new skills and make friends.
I am happiest when I am in the kitchen, cooking and baking with my daughter. We love experimenting with new tastes, textures and spices. Cooking encourages children to try new things, become independent and to learn new skills and knowledge which they will hold with them throughout life. It also great fun, especially the eating part.
