Cook Stars offers structured sessions that centre around children making their own delicious dishes from scratch
I've enjoyed cooking and baking for as long as I can remember, baking cakes on my own from the age of 9 or 10. There's nothing I enjoy more than time spent preparing something delicious in the kitchen.
I've worked in business and marketing for a long time, but a couple of years ago I decided that I wanted to 'do' something in food, and took the plunge to take my Level 2 NVQ in Patisserie and Confectionery.
I firmly believe that cooking is a life skill as much as a hobby, and when children are older, they should have the skills to be able to make great tasting and nutritious food for themselves.
This has inspired me to pass on my skills to the younger generation - whether it's little people wowing in mini classes, juniors confidently baking or academy students cooking proudly and independently, Cook Stars St. Albans & Harpenden has a class for all.
