Cook Stars offers structured sessions that centre around children making their own delicious dishes from scratch
I am a secondary school teacher with experience of teaching food and various other curriculum areas.
I enjoy working with young people, helping them reach their potential and achieve everything they are capable of, which gives them a sense of achievement as well as developing their confidence.
I believe that cooking is a very important life skill in so many ways, and when learning this skill from an early age it encourages children to make healthy food choices and have a varied and balanced diet.
When I heard about the Cook Stars opportunity, I knew it was time to make the decision and do something I was really going to enjoy, while being responsible for my own achievements and having the great support from Cook Stars to guide me in the right direction.
