Cook Stars offers structured sessions that centre around children making their own delicious dishes from scratch

I am such a foodie that I am studying postgraduate qualifications and will soon be a Registered Nutritionist - an official food nerd! My aim has always been to work with children and young people to help them in their food journey and give young people the knowledge to make positive choices towards their health.

My most recent job has been working for a food company who are known within the organic and coeliac / free-from sectors. I’ve learnt so much about how the food sector works and the challenges they have to juggle. Before this, I worked the business side of education for 18 years - including at two universities, two FE colleges and a private school.

I am very excited to be bringing Cook Stars to our area and I look forward to working with your school or organisation soon!
