Cook Stars

I’m married and mum to my lively three year old, Violet, who is currently biscuit and cupcake obsessed. I can’t wait to introduce her to new foods and cooking skills through Cook Stars and hopefully expand her tastes beyond sprinkles and icing.

My earliest food memories are making fairy and butterfly cakes with my mum and wobbly jelly in animal moulds that I was convinced were the best creations ever. Before joining Cook Stars, I worked in I.T, Information Security and Data Protection, but my heart has always been with family, food and creativity.

I’m lucky to have a wonderful family around me. Violet, my nieces Lily and Ava, my nephew Finley, and our cat Maple (plus the grown ups too!). I love baking, especially our family favourite: carrot cake with orange and coconut frosting. My food tastes have been shaped by travelling around the world, and I’m still not sure I’ve chosen a favourite… I may need to travel again in retirement to double check!

As a mum of a preschooler, I know how important early learning is, especially when children are having fun. I also understand how much parents want parties to feel special without the stress. That’s why I’m passionate about offering affordable, all done for you parties that create a real WOW moment and can be tailored to each child.
