Cook Stars offers structured sessions that centre around children making their own delicious dishes from scratch
Hi I'm Dana-Marie, married to Funso, and mum to two little girls. I love bringing families together around food and now channel that passion into teaching with Cook Stars, where I help children express creativity and build confidence through cooking.
My love of food began in the family kitchen, helping my mum and sister prepare Sunday dinners. One of my clearest memories is receiving an Easy Bake Oven for Christmas, which sparked a lifelong love of baking and experimenting with both sweet and savoury treats.
Before joining Cook Stars I spent seven years working in Financial Risk Management in London. When I’m not teaching or baking, I enjoy making memories and going on adventures with my husband and children, travelling whenever we can to explore new cultures through their food. My favourite things to make are baked goods, and my favourite thing to eat is anything with cheese.
I'm really looking forward to providing sessions for schools and organisations in the community!
