Cook Stars offers structured sessions that centre around children making their own delicious dishes from scratch
I'm a mum of 2 and for the last 7 years I've worked as a Learning Support Assistant in my children's local primary school. Prior to that I worked in Human Resources. I have a passion for good, wholesome and tasty food that you can prepare at home. I also love to travel and take inspiration from local markets and regional cuisines; I especially love Greek foods.
I am a big believer in teaching children from an early age to be able to produce even a simple meal and follow recipes. By doing so they learn such skills as counting, measuring, cause and effect and we are encouraging their cognitive development while getting their thinking, problem solving and creativity flowing. I was drawn to Cook Stars because of the opportunities for children to learn essential life skills in a fun, hands-on and engaging environment.
