Hi, I'm Liz,
I’ve always worked with food and people. Most recently, I was a Quality and Safety Adviser for a national restaurant chain, providing support with both food hygiene and health and safety. Before that, during and after completing my degree in Food Science and Catering Management, I worked across a variety of catering establishments, mostly restaurants, also a police station and a convent!
Along with my friend Sarah, currently a teaching assistant, we are really looking forward to meeting your children and seeing their excitement as they create something from scratch. Cooking should be enjoyable, confidence‑building, and fun!
