Hi, I'm Sarah, I'm a Mum of 3 girls, Daniela 25, Emily 24 and Charlotte 18 and our beloved Cavapoo, Louie!

My strengths and natural ability were always down the creative path, I studied Art & Design and gained a HND in Graphic Design.

In 2011 had the opportunity to go back to college and study something new. I decided on Professional Chef as I was so passionate about cooking for others and loved the creative side of it! I absolutely loved it, it changed my life and gave me confidence and a fire in my belly!

As I was a 'mature student' I was asked to oversee a class of teenage boys who were not doing so well in school, so were sent to college one day a week to do cooking. Initially, they were quite challenging but watching them grow over the weeks and actually inspiring some of them to pursue a career in it with my passion for cooking was so rewarding. It has always stayed with me.

For the past nine years, I’ve worked as a cook in a high school - a role that fitted perfectly around raising my daughters. Now, with the support of Cook Stars, I’ve found my niche inspiring children to discover the joy of cooking.
