Here's a little bit about me: I have a background in Nutrition, which helped me to learn about the benefits cooking from scratch, and how the right foods will benefit your health in huge ways.

In my spare time, I love nothing better than discovering new restaurants, and trying new types of foods. I enjoy having a wander round the local Farmer's markets and farm shops too. I'm a big believer in shopping local and eating in season whenever you can.

I'm also passionate about music and art, and walking my gorgeous dog Cooper in the countryside - especially in the sunshine.

I have been cooking meals for my large family and friends from the age of 13. I always knew I had a passion for food and creating new recipes, especially after having my daughter. I loved seeing the smile on her face when she was little. She loved making everything from cakes to bread to pasta (and us singing in the kitchen simultaneously) - it was always my happy place. But it was when I watched her go to university, and really use all the cooking she learnt as a child and see her now creating great food - even on a budget - that made me so proud. She now teaches me great new dishes too!
