I am happiest when I am in the kitchen, cooking and baking with my daughter. We love experimenting with new tastes, textures and spices.

I have spent the last 6 years working in an international school, where I ran an afterschool cookery club. Most of the children did not have English as their first language and it was exciting to see their confidence grow over the weeks. We experimented with different recipes from around the world.

Prior to moving with the family to Belgium, I worked for the NHS and The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. One of my biggest loves is travelling and I got to experience some amazing cultures and made many friends.

I have a passion for sharing the experience of food and cooking with children as I feel it brings families and friends together. It encourages children to become independent and to learn new skills and knowledge which they will hold with them throughout life.

I look forward to welcoming the children to our classes, workshops and parties. Come along and join in the fun.
