Hi, I’m Paula, and I live in Frome with my husband, Nick, our 13-year-old son, Dylan, and
our dog, Chester.
My love of food began at a young age, with some of my earliest memories being spent in the
kitchen with my Nan on Sundays, making cakes for afternoon tea.
For the past 25 years, I have worked as a chef, cooking in pubs, hotels, and outside catering.
After many rewarding years in the industry, I felt it was time for a new challenge.
What drew me to Cookstars was the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with
a younger generation, helping children develop practical cooking skills and confidence that
they can carry with them into the future.
Outside of work, I enjoy beach days when the weather is right, family and friend BBQs, and
pizza nights. We make our pizzas fresh and cook them in the outdoor pizza oven, which is
always a winner with the children. I also love walking Chester and spending time in the fresh
air.
