My name is Michelle and I own Cook Stars East Hertfordshire to Welwyn.
I’m married with 3 children and we have a dog, Rudy. I joined Cook Stars because I wanted to work with children but also run and grow a business of my own that I can be proud of. I also love cooking, as a child I would always help my mum bake and I’ve always enjoyed cooking with my own children, it’s a great way to spend time with them and it's been such an important life skill for them to learn.
I like to try different foods and experiment with different flavours and enjoy cooking for my family and friends. In particular I love Italian and Mexican food. When I’m not working or cooking I like to spend time with my family. I also enjoy walking the dog, boxing and reading with my local book club.
My Cook Star classes will be lots of fun and a great opportunity for the children to experiment and try new foods, make new friends and really develop their cooking skills. With new recipes every week your child will grow in confidence and knowledge and enjoy learning about the different foods and flavours. I would love you to join a class and see for yourself how much fun we can have and what we can learn about food!
