I live with my eleven year old daughter and our cat in a little house in Ascot. My daughter and I love to cook together. My earliest memory is my granny making Welsh cakes by hand - no weighing scales or kitchen gadgets, and they were always perfect! I love cooking and baking and cook from scratch every day. I like trying new recipes and making family favourites. I try and always have homemade cake in the house!
I am a qualified teacher and have spent over 20 years teaching in different roles, from Director of Music to Deputy Head. I have worked in boarding schools and day schools and taught from Reception right up to A Level.
I love spending time with my family, going to the beach and riding my vintage Vespa scooter. I love all types of music and going to concerts and gigs. I am also a musician and have performed at the Royal Albert Hall and the Commonwealth Games!
