Hi I'm Faye, the proud owner of Cook Stars Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre.
I spent my childhood growing up in Cyprus and being surrounded by wonderful and exotic foods and flavours. On my return to the U.K I got stuck in a job in banking that was only meant to be temporary. This lasted over 5 years and I knew I needed to change it!
Since having my wonderful children, aged just 2 and 7 months, I realised that I didn't want to spend my days doing a job that I didn't absolutely love. I spent most of my maternity leave looking for business opportunities and that is when I came across Cook Stars.
As a mum, food plays a huge part in our every day lives, and for me I love exploring new flavours and trying new things, a trait I have passed on to both children who enjoy their food almost as much as I do.
Cook Stars gives me the perfect opportunity to do something I love whilst hopefully igniting and instilling a passion for cooking in others.
