Hi, I am Elaine and I have been a Foster Carer for the last 22 Years, so I love working with Children of all ages. I am also a wife to Gary, and mum to two amazing little boys who also love to be in the kitchen experimenting with great creations.
My passion for Cooking has helped me in my role not only as a mom but also a foster carer to care for children and young people when life has been difficult for them and I find food can break down barriers and create love and warmth. Cooking and baking can create opportunities for other conversations and interests to grow and inspire. I love nothing more than to get messy in the kitchen with my young children and teenagers to learn new skills, and show them how much fun it can be to create something yummy we can share as a family at the end of our great adventure.
I hope to bring this to your children and teenagers and that they too can take something yummy and inspirational home at the end of the lesson to share with the people they love most in the world.
I believe food brings families together and sitting and enjoying a meal together is one of the most enjoyable times in life. Sharing a slice of cake together can be heartwarming, and give your children a sense of achievement, encouraging them to grow in confidence. Your children will be able to make new friends and learn new skills through cooking, baking and enjoying craft activities all in one place, with other children and teenagers who also love to cook.
So please bring along your children and teenagers and meet new like minded parents so that we can together encourage our next generation to be the best they can be.

We amaze our parents with what their 2 - 5 year old is capable of!!
Our pre-school classes are designed with our littlest chefs in mind. With a little helping hand from you, each week we make recipes which encourage children to get stuck in! We provide everything you will need so you can just turn up with your child ready to have some cooking fun together. Find out more

Cook Stars Juniors
Our classes are very hands-on with everyone making their own dish from scratch!
Every week we make something different with inspiration taken from dishes around the world. With a selection of gorgeous sweet and savoury dishes each week there is plenty of opportunity to learn about different ingredients. With such a variety of dishes we try plenty of different preparation techniques....from icing to dicing we do it all! Find out more

Academy Classes
Cook Stars Academy Classes are suitable for young learners and teens aged 11-17 years old.
Our hands on practical classes teach a variety of techniques and build confidence in the kitchen week on week. Every week we cook something different with a mixture of main courses and puddings. We cook a great variety of foods, for example Indian, Chinese, Italian, Spanish, Mexican dishes as well as pies, cakes and puddings. Find out more

Cook Stars Birthday Parties
If you're looking for something different for a birthday treat this year then a Cook Stars party is the answer! We know how important it is for children (and their parents!) to have a special day and our parties ensure a memorable birthday for all.
